ARISDYNE AND ADM SIGN AGREEMENT TO JOINTLY DEVELOP AND COMMERCIALIZE NEW CAVITATION TECHNOLOGY FOR APPLICATIONS IN THE AGRICULTURAL PROCESSING INDUSTRY.
CHICAGO, April 26, 2017 – Arisdyne Systems Inc., a developer of high shear force technologies, such as hydrodynamic cavitation, today announced a joint development agreement with Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) to develop and commercialize new applications of Arisdyne’s technologies.
Under this agreement, the parties will work together to develop novel applications of cavitation technology to deliver process enhancements. Controlled cavitation has been demonstrated to provide superior mixing, particle size reduction and improved reaction efficiency in numerous processes.
